VINIKIS LTD ("we", "us", "our") operates PetSage. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Data We Collect

To minimize personal data collection, we explicitly require only a Username (not your real First/Last name) and an Email address for account creation. We also collect data about your pets and your chat history with our AI to provide the service.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used strictly to provide the PetSage service. AI chat inputs are processed via OpenAI API. Payment information is securely handled by Stripe. We do not sell your data to third parties.

4. Your GDPR Rights

You have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data. You can delete your account and all associated data permanently directly from your Dashboard.
