1. Digital Goods and Right of Withdrawal

However, by accessing and using the AI chat features, you explicitly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed or substantially utilized.

2. Refund Requests

If you experience technical issues or are completely unsatisfied, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase by contacting [email protected]. Refunds are granted at our sole discretion based on system usage logs.

3. Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel a recurring subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future charges, but previous charges for the current billing period are non-refundable.
